** The Missing Link for Veterans **
I am Rick Ruppenthal, retired paramedic with 30 years of service and now a Transformative Coach/Mentor and Certified Change Practitioner.
My project mission is to bring hope to military and first-responder personnel by introducing a non-prescriptive mental health understanding called the Three Principles. The Three Principles has had a remarkable results in offering well-being, peace of mind, and resilience to those suffering from diagnostic labels for mental distress, including PTSD.
In addition, I am dedicated to bringing this understanding and evidence based research to the various services education institutes, to enable new and currently active personnel remain grounded to their innate mental well-being through out their career and into retirement.
It is this understanding that provided the context for me to thrive in my 30 years as a paramedic.
